API Training’s Requirements Gathering for Business Analysis is an introduction to Business Analysis. This is the first tier in the API Training’s Business Analyst learning path. This path navigates the expansive knowledge, skills, techniques and requirements gathering of Business Analysis. Business Analysis is a discipline comprised of tasks and techniques used to of identify business needs and determining appropriate solutions. To do so requires the structure (Business Architecture), policies (Business Rules), and operations (Business Processes) of an organization to be clearly understood.
